SoulV Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

At SoulV, we value our clients and aim to provide quality services at all times.

💰Refunds

Payments made for coaching, consulting, or psychosocial support sessions are generally non-refundable once the service has commenced. However, if you have made a duplicate payment or a technical error occurs, kindly contact us within 7 working days for a resolution.

📅Cancellations

Clients may reschedule or cancel an appointment with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the session may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Since our services are intangible and delivered online/in-person, returns are not applicable.
